Women executives and entrepreneurs will lead a day of panel discussions, workshops and networking and at the eight annual Carolina Women in Business conference Friday (Nov. 8) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The conference will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Kenan-Flagler Business School. To register, go to http://cwibconference2013.com/. Registration costs $10 for students, $15 for Kenan-Flagler staff and $30 for others.
Sallie Krawcheck of 85 Broads and Michelle Jarrard of McKinsey & Company will deliver keynote addresses. Panelists will discuss the power of mentor relationships, leveraging emotional intelligence in the workplace and entrepreneurship. Workshop topics include networking and negotiation skills.
