Carol L. Folt, chancellor of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, will give a free, public lecture at as part of the Dean’s Speaker Series at Kenan-Flagler Business School on Oct. 28.

Folt took office as Carolina’s 11th chancellor and first woman leader on July 1, 2013. An internationally recognized environment scientist and award-winning teacher, she served as interim president of Dartmouth College during 2012-2013.
